Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was simply amazing. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, offering a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to a beautiful waterfall and within walking distance to the town center. We particularly enjoyed the thermal pool area, where we were able to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Although the rooms were clean and well-maintained, the mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking. , we were disappointed to find out that the pool closed at 8 pm, limiting our options for evening entertainment.

the location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby waterfalls and shopping center. the room was spacious, clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well equipped with fresh towels and toiletries. the service of the staff was superb, especially Madame Andrea Bauer, she was helpful and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the thermal pool area was very refreshing. We would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger in some of the rooms.

We had a great time spending Christmas at this hotel. the spacious rooms were perfect for our family and we loved having a kitchen with a stove to prepare meals. the location was also great, with easy access to parking and a quiet atmosphere which was perfect for relaxation. the thermal swimming pool area was well-maintained and helped us destress.
we felt that some of the rooms looked old and outdated.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a short nap or night sleep without any noise. The thermal swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was quite close to the waterfall and in the nature.
